In this article
Healthy, vegetable-rich meals can be tasty and easy. This nutritious salad is healthy, simple and inexpensive for you and loved ones. Fast meals eaten out during busy lives threaten health; we recommend homemade meals from unprocessed ingredients. As a single dish it supplies a meal's energy and nutrients, travels easily in children's lunchboxes or a simple container, and needs no reheating. Without expensive ingredients, you can also present it like artwork to valued guests.
Below are ingredients, instructions and approximate nutritional values. Remember to try our specially designed dressing.
Preparation
Boil bulgur with some beetroot juice for flavor without salt or spices. Tear thoroughly washed greens by hand, using a knife only for tomatoes and carrots. Mix all ingredients.
